FOR CREDIT CARD PURCHASES THE BILLING ADDRESS & THE SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST BE THE SAME TO COMPLETE YOUR ORDER. NO EXCEPTIONS!! ALL CREDIT CARD ORDERS ARE SHIPPED TO THE BILLING ADDRESS AND REQUIRES SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION FOR DELIVERY. WE ARE TAKING GREATER SECURITY MEASURES TO AVOID UNAUTHORIZED PURCHASES.
NON HOLIDAY SHIPPING TIME: After your order has been completed, allow 2-3 days for order to ship unless the item is Custom or Noted otherwise in the items description section. All shipments are fully insured.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
All returns must be complete within 10 days of the package arrival date and must be in the same condition in which received.
We do not offer cash refunds. We offer store credit and size exchanges.
Custom Made Items: Jackets, All Over Printed Shirts, Elongated Shirts, 2 Tone T-Shirts, Sweatsuits, Short Sets, Shorts, Joggers, Track Pants, Jerseys and any other item that is NOTED Custom). It takes a minimum of 4 weeks to produce a custom made item but can exceed that time depending on production levels at our manufacturers facility in Pakistan.
Graphic Tees, Raglans, Sweatshirts and Hoodie are printed in house. They are shipped within 2-3 days.
We only offer sizes exchanges. We offer size exchanges only. No exchanging for different items because custom made items are produced per order. Please read description of each item as details regarding sizing and material of item is listed.
Jacket Policy: Jackets are custom made to the order you've placed. We only offer size exchanges for a 25% reproduction fee because an entirely new jacket has to be made. No exchanging for different items.
Customer is also responsible for shipping fees on exchanges.
Equipment and Repairs: We all know know that equipment do need servicing to work properly and sometimes they need to be replaced entirely. When unforeseen issues such as equipment failure we ask that you allow us to get it serviced or replaced if need be. This may cause a delay in shipping time and we cannot cancel the order do to matter. This is simply part of our business as we need functional equipment to produce the merchandise.
