Coronavirus and How It Affects Our Business: Be Aware that there is a delay on shipments as our manufacturers are working at a maximum 50% in their facilities. The reduction in their facilities causes longer production times. Covid-19 is still very much an active issue in the world even though the country has opened but up. Orders are to be fulfilled by dates in which they were placed. Also be sure to read the “Item Description”. The shipping time is noted there for a reference. For starters you must factor in the shipping time that is noted. Also you must factor in the need for additional time due to our manufacturers closure. Expect up to a 3 week delay on when you will receive your order for custom made items. Like any other time once an order has been shipped we will email you order status and email you tracking info. The Coronavirus has affected the world as a whole. We understand the inconvenience in which all of this may be. We Thank you for being patient and understanding during this challenging time.

Q&A Can I get a refund on an order I’ve placed that is being affected by this shutdown.

Answer: Unfortunately we do not issue refunds for orders that has been affected by the shutdown. All custom made items are paid in advanced to our manufacturers before they are produced. When a government shutdown is in place there is nothing we can do to work around it. We all know it’s a major inconvenience for you the customer and for us as the business. We kindly ask for you be mindful and patient during this pandemic.

FOR CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD PURCHASES THE BILLING ADDRESS & THE SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST BE THE SAME TO COMPLETE YOUR ORDER. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER IF THE BILLING ADDRESS DOES NOT MATCH THE SHIPPING ADDRESS. NO EXCEPTIONS!! ALL CREDIT CARD ORDERS ARE SHIPPED TO THE BILLING ADDRESS AND REQUIRES SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION FOR DELIVERY. WE ARE TAKING GREATER SECURITY MEASURES TO AVOID UNAUTHORIZED PURCHASES.

NON HOLIDAY SHIPPING TIME: After your order has been completed, allow 2-3 days for order to ship unless the item is Custom or Noted otherwise in the items description section. All shipments are fully insured.

We Only Operate On Business Days. Weekends and Holiday’s are Excluded.

Holiday Shopping Season: Mid November - Mid January. During our Holiday Shopping Season: Production time may exceed noted time as we are receiving more orders than normal during our busy Holiday Season. Nonetheless you will receive your order.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

All returns must be complete within 10 days of the package arrival date and must be in the same condition in which received.

We do not offer cash refunds. We offer store credit and size exchanges.

All Items are custom made from scratch. Allow 2-3 Days for in stock items to be shipped. When Noted to allow a certain amount of days for item to be shipped please do as follow. When there are any issues with production you must allow us the proper time to get the matter resolved as we use a manufacturer in Pakistan. Our production process isn’t easy at all. We use a range of different fabrics and different color inks to match the sneakers therefore the production is a bit complex.

We only offer sizes exchanges. We offer size exchanges only. No exchanging for different items because custom made items are produced per order. A charge of 25% of item “regular price” will be applied for an exchange excluding any applied discounts. The reasoning is when making an purchase for custom item we then get the item made for you. When you return for another item we have to pay “again” for that item to be made. Please read description of each item as details regarding sizing and material of item is listed.

Orders for size 6XL are Final. You may not exchange size 6XL. Size 6XL is the biggest size that we offer. Please see all size charts before purchasing this size.

Once packages leave our facility and are placed in the possession of the carrier we are not responsible at that point. It is then the carrier responsibility to deliver the package successfully. Any issues with the package must be taken with the carrier and not us “SneakerGeeks Clothing.

Abandoned Packages: When a package has been shipped and comes back as Refused, Non Deliverable, No Signature Confirmation, Returned To Sender. We are not responsible to cover the cost of reshipping your package. The customer is responsible for reshipping fees. We allow 10 days for you to make an arrangement for the reshipping of your order. Once you’ve exceeded 10 days you “Abandoned” the product. Abandoned product is product that you’ve exhausted a time frame in which to claim. You no longer has access to that merchandise as you’ve abandoned it. Once your order has been shipped and an attempt of delivery has been made you must follow proper protocol in order to retrieve the package. We have a NO REFUND POLICY. These are custom made items . When you place the order for a custom made item. The item gets made for “You”. You cannot abandon a package and try to force a Refund.

Manufacturer Closures: September 9, 2019-September 11, 2019. Orders that are placed up to 7 days before and during the closure will see a delay in shipment for custom items.
