Q.  After an order is placed how long will it take to ship? All items are made from scratch once the order is placed.  The turn around time is 4 weeks

Q.  What is the return policy?  We do not offer cash refunds.  We do allow size exchanges.  A 30% restock must be applied as all items are made after the order is placed therefore we will have to pay again for the new item to be made.

Q.  Are Sneakers Included?  Sneakers are not included.  Sneakers shown in the picture are for display purposes only.
