Shipping Policy

 

Shipping Process:

Orders are processed business 3 days after the order is placed. Production time is typically 15 business days (3 weeks).  Once the item is completed it is then shipped to us from our manufacturer which takes 5 business days.  Once we receive the item we will ship to directly to you. 

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with signature confirmation.  When a package is returned for lack of signature the customer is responsible for any cost of reshipping the package. 

We are not responding for any packages once marked Delivered by the USPS.

HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

Hi please take a moment to read the Item Description Section of the item(s) you ordered.  It’s noted to allow 15 days days for item to be produced and then shipped.  That’s 3 weeks production time as we do not work on weekends and holidays.  Add additional week delay due to Christmas and New Years Holiday.  Once we receive the completed item from our manufacturer we will ship your order and email tracking information. 


Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:


All returns must be complete within 10 days of the package arrival date and must be in the same condition in which received.  We do not offer cash refunds. We offer store credit and size exchanges only.  There is a 30% restocking fee.  The restocking fee is calculated from the “original” price of the item.   All items are made once you place the order.  We do not carry items in stock.  Please be very mindful and follow the size chart when selecting the size.

All Sales Are Final.  No Exchanges or Store Credit

Abandonment of Shipped Order Policy:

All items are custom made from scratch.  Once you place the order your item is “then” made.  We do not stock items.  Once an order is shipped and tracking info has been emailed it is your “the customer” responsibility to follow the tracking information.  All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mall with Signature Confirmation.  Therefore the shipment must be signed for to be released to you “the customer”.   For whatever reason you aren’t able to sign for the package and it is then returned to us if is your “the customer” responsibility to arrange reshipping of the package at “the customer” expense.   If you don’t arrange reshipping of the package it is then marked as  “Abandoned”.  Abandoned shipments do not get refunded under no circumstances.
