Shipping policy

Once an order is placed.  Kindly allow 2 business days for item to be processed.  Items take 15 business days to be produced and then shipped.   

We Use USPS Priority Shipping with Signature Confirmation for All Orders.

Once an order is shipped you will receive an update via email along with a tracking number for your purchase

When a order is returned to us for lack of signature confirmation.  If is not our responsibility to reship it at our expense.  You "the customer" is responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

We cannot be held liable for an order once it's marked delivered by USPS.

We reserve the right to void or refund a payment for any order at any time for any reason.
